The Garden is delighted to host another year of exciting, open-air music from Cambridge Summer Music. A weekly celebration of summer and music, Sounds Green is part of the Cambridge Summer Music programme of events. Set on the Garden’s Main Lawn with the Bee Borders as a stunning backdrop, visitors can enjoy an array of live music with family and friends, on a (hopefully) warm and balmy evening.
Every Wednesday in July. Music begins at 6.15pm, lasting approximately one hour. Food and drink from The Garden Café; bar drinks by Thirsty; Jack’s Gelato home-made ice-creams. Pack a rug, picnics & small folding chairs also welcome. Visitors are welcome to stay on and enjoy the Garden until 8pm when the gates will close. No tickets are required but normal Garden admission applies. There will be a retiring collection at the end of each performance towards the musicians’ performance fees.
