Adventures on Land

Swing from the trees like Tarzan in or take the mountain bike trail at Thetford Forest.

Run around with crossbows as if you are in the Hunger Games at Combat Archery. Don’t worry it doesn’t use real arrows!

Try horse riding at a local stables and see the countryside from the saddle.

Walk through the Bluebell woods at Aversley, one of the best places to see the hovering carpet of blue in Spring.

Cycle or walk to Hardwick village and explore the ancient forest.

Take out the fishing nets and go pond dipping or minibeast hunting at Wicken Fen.

You have 60 minutes to escape, how do you do it? The clock is ticking at the Escape Rooms, and you have to figure out how to get out!

Water Adventures

In Cambridge you can leisurely punt along the river past the historic colleges.

Alternatively, in the river Cam you can canoe, kayak or even try a bat safari on a boat!

Try the inflatable floating assault course or the exhilarating wakeboarding at Wyboston Lakes.

Sail on Grafham Lake for a combination of exhilaration and peace.

Try something different

For teenagers with a strong head for heights, take to the clouds in a Glider and feel like a bird for the day.

Whizz along with high speed karting or try a laser Battlefield.

Further afield, there is Roystan Cave which used to be a secret meeting place of the Knight’s Templar.
